Time on the day BEFORE you would like your order delivered.
We ship by UPS Next Day Air.
Deliveries will be made Tuesday through Saturday.
We cannot deliver to a post office box.
Our flowers are shipped in a custom designed insulated box
that ensures the quality and freshness of the order.
The recipient need not be home at the time of delivery. Your
instructions concerning a suitable location for leaving the shipment will be followed
precisely by UPS.
The recipient will receive a handwritten gift card, as well as
a description of which flowers are included and instructions for the care of the flowers.

us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will replace the item in
question promptly or issue a refund.
Substitutions
Under extreme conditions, weather and crop
shortages may effect the availability and/or quality of the flora. In the event that this
occurs, we will immediately attempt to contact you be phone and Email, so you may decide
on a substitution yourself or cancel the order. If we can't reach you, we will substitute
a similar bouquet of greater value.
